Who am I?

Hi! i’m Saffron, a recent university graduate looking to find my role in the arts industry. Based in the Southampton area, I’m open to relocate for the right position. I work primarily in sculpture, utilising elements found around the house and in the discard pile. I enjoy model making, casting and working with ceremics.

Animals are the muse within my work and something that pops up frequently. I often ponder the idea of anthropomorphism and use this within my work. I am currently exploring the avenue of medieval wood carvings and Incunabulum books, juxtaposing contemporary ideas.
