Tea with the Family
Works that seek to anthropomise the roles exhibited in a nuclear family, comparing and referencing characteristics attributed to animals by the media and contemporary literature. The performance consisted of a 30 minute silent tea party and photographed throughout.
Pictured below is one of the animal heads that featured in the works. Made of household and recycled materials, a contributing factor to the use of familial relationships and the handmade element of the work.
